Recruiter – Technical / Digital

Having achieved record results this year we require another Recruitment Consultant to join our ever growing Technical Team focussing on development, design, UX/UI, I.T. systems and more.
Pentasia connects online, digital and other pioneering companies with best-in-class specialist talent. Founded in 2001, Pentasia has placed over 3500 candidates in 40+ countries. We’re a team of around 50 consultants and support staff, operating from 7 offices worldwide - but we’re growing fast and need new talent to join us.
About this role - Technical Specialist Recruiter
For this position, we are seeking a self-motivated, highly driven, experienced individual to come in, and run a 360-degree desk focusing on recruitment in the UK & European Technical Market. There is a large amount of ambiguity around this position; we are flexible in the area of specialism you could focus on within Technical Recruitment.
Ideally, we are seeking a Consultant who can bring with them knowledge within Technical Recruitment Market and therefore someone who can contribute to the strategy and growth of this area of specialism.
You will be joining an established team and business and will be supported by a European-wide team of Technical specialist recruiters.
This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone wanting more ambiguity and the opportunity to grow a business. You will be dedicated to a niche area of recruitment and will, therefore, have the opportunity to contribute and set the strategy for the growth of this desk and your career.
