POSITION SUMMARY

The management of key client projects with the goal of delivering every project on time, within budget and within scope.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITY

1 Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

2 Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget.

3 Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

4 Manage the capture and tracking of metrics and performance of trend analysis.

5 Ensure resource availability and allocation.

6 Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.

7 Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

8 Report and escalate project issues to management as needed.

9 Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

10 Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

11 Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

12 Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

13 Manage project closure reviews.

14 Any other tasks as required.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

? Minimum of five years of experience in project management in the information technology / financial sector

? Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

? Strong educational background preferably in the fields of IT and Project Management INTERNAL

? Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

? PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus, but not required
