Recruitment Administrator - 6 months Fixed Term Contract
Based in Redhill, Surrey
£7.50 per hour
Working Hours:
9am – 5pm Monday to Friday

Based in our Redhill Head Office, we’re looking for a bright, ambitious and hard working Recruitment Administrator to assist our UK Recruitment & Operations team during a very busy sales period.  Our role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on work experience within business support and administration, as well as insight into the recruitment industry.

 

You will assist the Office Manager in a variety of tasks to ensure the UK Office runs smoothly and giving essential support to Senior Management as well as the recruitment consulting team.
Tasks you can expect to be responsible for include;

  • Reviewing and assigning new candidate website registrations

  • Validate candidate CV’s within the recruitment parsing system

  • Assisting the Data Executive with ensuring data is kept up-to-date within the company’s CRM system in line with the new GDPR Legislation

  • Distribute emails and manage the company email account

  • Answering incoming switchboard calls and transferring as necessary

  • Coordinating facilities and liaising with suppliers

  • Assist in planning and arranging quarterly sales competitions and company events

  • Uploading adverts onto relevant job boards

  • Check and approve web adverts for the Pentasia site

  • Booking couriers and providing administrative support to management

  • Research projects

The successful candidate will be quick learner and self-starter with a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills.  You will
have exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with strong organisational skills.

Full Induction and Training will be given as well as ongoing support.
