As the Head of Gaming you will hold a depth of responsibility across, Customer Engagement, Customer Care, VIP Management, and Product Management & Development.
It’s a new role within the business and will be shaped to the individual they hire.
The client is seeking an individual who has strong experience working with Casino & Games across:
VIP Management – programs & also Account Management
Customer Care knowledge/experience
Your qualifications and experience
Online Casino/Games background is essential
Strong customer focused position previously held
