Are you an experienced Marketing Manager in the Nordics region? Do you have strong branding experience and flair for media buys and acquisition Marketing?

An amazing opportunity has arisen with a leader in the Nordic market within iGaming industry seeking to hire a Regional Manager. The Nordics (with a large focus on Norway) is a key region for our client, iGaming experience is not essential.

You will have the opportunity to manage a large P&L and also a team of 1 – with potential for growth, as well as the opportunity to work a market leader

Responsibilities:

  • Complete P&L responsibility for the Norwegian market including maximizing RGW, Gross Contribution and growth.
  • Revise and sharpen a full marketing strategy and brand strategy, ensuring that you have an optimal media mix providing a healthy ROI.
  • Ensuring that all Norwegian communication and investments are on brand, positioning the company
  • Work as a team with other Country Managers and cross departments to optimize and streamline business.
  • Acquire new customers and convert them to active customers, broadening the sales funnel.
  • Maintain and increase ARPU for current customers.
  • Coach, lead, involve and develop the local CRM and delegate responsibilities.

Required:

  • You must come from a strong media background either agency or client side
  • Brand management is essential
  • Good with numbers and managing budgets
  • Degree would be beneficial
