Company seeking to disrupt the mobile gaming space in social and real-money gaming is seeking a strong Retention Marketing Manager. You, as the successful candidate, will be driving player reactivation and retention for B2C mobile product line. You will also work closely with key app stakeholders to identify the optimal strategy to engage and retain users, using existing channels and new techniques.
This is a hands on role that reports to the Director of Marketing in the Vancouver, BC office.
About the Opportunity
This role will be key in developing and managing the retention strategy, optimizing KPIs including churn levels and player revenue. You will also be instrumental in selecting CRM technology and maintaining vendor relationships. Strong experience in optimized and automated customer segmentation campaigns is a must!
Your qualifications and experience
- 3+ years in mobile retention/CRM Marketing.
- Experience in CRM/Retention tools and services including strong ESP experience.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or equivalent
