International client is looking for Mobile Game Customer Support candidate to provide superior service for their mobile and web products!
These Customer Support candidates will be answering inquiries via in-game chat and e-mail regarding the player experience for their Facebook, iOS, and Android products. This candidate must possess excellent interpersonal communications skills (especially reading and written), and being able to multi-task multiple priorities at any given time.
Experience in Customer Service, QA, or VIP experience for mobile and web games
Bilingual in Mandarin is needed
Any report building and experience with Zendesk is a plus!
