An exciting opportunity has arisen within a start-up company in Gaming. (Investment provision confirmed)
Based in London the main duties of the role is to work with the CEO and other senior staff to ensure the smooth running of the HR department, setting it up from scratch and particularly ensuring that the Culture of the company remains undiluted as the company grows.
There is also an office in the Ukraine and therefore ad-hoc travel will be required.
A relevant HR qualification and experience of a Generalist nature
A keen interest in recruitment based on Cultural fit and the ability to use assessment tools to ensure this.
An enquiring and commercial approach to HR
An ability to be front-facing to ensure the understanding that HR is positive and CPD focused
