Description

The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for executing the company’s HR activity, according to the company’s policy and to the global HR policy and plans of the group.

The position is full-time, in the Company’s offices.

Responsibilities

Recruitment:

  • Creating, and constantly maintaining, the infrastructure for recruitment (recruitment agencies, job portals, Facebook & LinkedIn pages and groups etc.)
  • Coordinating Job Descriptions and tests creation
  • Publishing new openings (recruitment agencies, job portals, social networks, corporate website)
  • Screening CVs
  • Phone interviews with candidates
  • Frontal interviews with candidates
  • Collecting recommendations (reference interviews)
  • Sourcing of candidates via LinkedIn
  • Editing employment agreements
  • Execute of Friend Referral program
  • Initiate and offer new activities to leverage the recruitment

Welfare & Social Activities:

  • Plan and execute social activities offered by the company (fun days, team events etc.)
  • Presents (holidays, birthdays, incentives, new employees)

Organizational Development:

  • Supporting the execution of Performance Review and other processes
  • Training coordination

Employment:

  • Leave days’ detection
  • Support the execution of employment policy
  • Support employment termination processes

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in a similar job or in recruitment
  • 2 years of experience in interviewing
  • Experience in HR or recruitment in gaming – an advantage
  • Experience in recruitment of IT roles – an advantage
  • Experience in sourcing, including in social networks (mainly LinkedIn)
  • Strong diagnostic skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • BA degree in Human Resources/Psychology/Social Science
  • High level of English
  • Knowledge in labour law – an advantage
