You would be responsible for leading all aspects of all marketing related functions that drive the business unit forward internationally. This position works closely with other department heads in order to ensure targets and business objectives are met.
The duties of this role will include but not be limited to
Focus on user experience across multiple customer-facing platforms as a major element of Marketing acquisition and retention.
Develop, implement and optimize a brand relevant strategy to maximize the potential acquisition of new customers, and minimize the attrition of existing customers. Optimize existing channels of acquisition and retention as well as source and implement new channels.
Assume overall responsibility for developing the annual marketing plan, based on key KPIs for the organisation; for strategic market planning; market research programmes; marketing department activities, control of the marketing budget and management of the marketing ROI.
They are looking for
5 – 7 years’ experience in digital & integrated marketing programs.
Significant/proven experience of building, developing and leading a digital marketing team.
Experience in data driven customer segmentation.
Past success in illustrating return on investment for marketing budgets
