A Mobile Betting and Gaming start-up in Gibraltar are looking to bring on a truly disruptive and tech savvy Head of Customer Services.
This company is in the first of its initial stages with product launch looking to happen next year. The Head of Customer Services will be tasked with building the customer services function from the ground and implementing a mobile and sleek customer experience journey.
They are looking for someone who understands the difficulties of implementing a successful customer service function in a mobile world. With the product being targeted to millennials you will be able to understand their frustrations and tailor the journey to resolve this. You will have had experience building customer services team from nothing and experience working within a tech company with a mobile or app product.
