You will be heading up the CRM department building a strategy and platform that will deliver a best in industry solution for the brand. Strong experience in CRM and also a background in casino is essential.
You must be entrepreneurial and prepared to get your hands dirty with creating and implementing CRM campaigns as well as looking to build a team of CRM executives around you. Working closely with the acquisition team you will be very data focused and segmentation and personalisation will be at the heart of your ethos.
