We are recruiting a Google Analytics Controller to be based in Gibraltar.
The role is paying up to £50,000 salary + Bonus and Benefits.
You will be responsible for the ownership and oversight of the Google Analytics product, specifically, the quality of the data generated by GA and the supporting G.A. process that enables the data events to grow, be maintained and tracked correctly.
The role will help to unlock the potential of clickstream data through G.A. to enable the business to gain transparency of new events around customer behaviour; to continuously seek improvements to its offering; to enable clickstream data to be combined with traditional transaction data; to enable it to be used and prepared for Machine learning to drive new insights.
Ensure that the entire suite of Digital customer facing platforms and user interfaces (Web, Mobile, Native Apps,) for all brands use a standardised, consistent, up to date and best in class G.A., tracking and reporting system.
Take accountability and control the G.A, Tracking and reporting work management processes and tools to ensure all related requests across the business are fulfilled as per defined SLAs and to ensure that tracking is applied consistently when approved and tested, across the digital estate
Steer and Educate the Product teams for the development and delivery of platforms, utilising the tools that enable fulfilment of the business’ Analytics & Tracking requirements.
Mange requirements through the Head of Reporting and dashboards to ensure key dashboards are built in Power BI
Oversee delivery and maintenance of reporting suite that delivers on the Analytics
Take accountability for creation and execution of the audits across the business to ensure compliance with the governance framework
Qualifications and Educational Requirements
Google Analytics individual qualification
Preferred - Recognised Project Management certification (e.g. PRINCE2 or ISEB)
Specialist Skills and Experience Required
Proven experience in a similar role, within a BI or marketing function.
Thorough understanding of Analytics and Tracking platforms used for Mobile, Web and native applications.
Must have experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics Reporting.
Experience of defining and ensuring the success of governance frameworks that operate horizontally across the business.
