Our client, one of the fastest growing online gaming companies is looking for a German speaking Customer Support to join their team in Malta.

As an innovative start-up online casino, our client is seeking to grow the customer support operations and looking for passionate native German speaking customer support agent to join our team.  Customer support plays a significant role in ensuring that the customers experience the best possible journey through the most appropriate communication channels. The current vacancy requires a pleasant personality to be able to represent the company values in the most efficient manner possible.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer support through various communication channels in your native German language and English
  • Ensure a great customer support experience
  • Maintain customer focus and respond to customer queries following company guidelines
  • Clarify and guide customers with all requests and escalate and follow up where necessary
  • Work within a dynamic team, support team members whilst contributing to the company values.
  • Maintain professional working relationships with customers and colleagues
