A leading sportsbook, casino and lottery business are looking for a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager.
Looking after a team of Customer Service representatives and formulating the Customer Service function you will be an integral part of the online operation. Working on both an operational and strategical level you will lead the customer service team forward and plan the 2018 customer service expansion plan.
You will need to have had experience in a similar customer service role and of leading a team of customer service agents. You will have had proven experience of formulating a customer service strategy and executing this successfully. Previous gambling experience would be desirable as well as being able to speak French but these are not essential.
