My client is a digital gaming platform provider based in Manila. They have crafted a niche in developing games that fit both Asian and Western markets.

They are on the look out for a Customer Services Lead to join their business in order to take full ownership of the CS Team, which is currently 20 people.

The business aims to continue to build on its success in the Asian markets, and also has an eye on the future with regards to developing a stronger presence in Europe.

With all of this in mind the client would ideally be looking for candidate with the following experience & skills;

  • Managerial experience is key as the person would take the leadership of the entire CS Team.
  • English fluency AND either Mandarin or Cantonese.
  • Previous management of a CS Team is a must have.
  • Ability to up-skill, train and mentor the team.
  • Ideally from gaming, but this is not essential.
