Premier online gaming operator (social and real money) seeks a CRM/Retention Manager for their online casino product line. You will be responsible for planning, executing, analyzing and optimizing CRM & promotional activities for the casino brand nationally and in the regulated PA marketplace!
Your main objectives are to provide data and segmentation analysis, reduce churn, optimize conversion, increase customer yield, and increase customer satisfaction and engagement while working closely with other members of the online marketing team.

Your qualifications and experience
- 5+ years of database marketing/CRM experience, ideally from an e-commerce or casino environment.
- 2+ years of leadership experience.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to work against set targets
- Segmentation and analysis background
