A well established iGaming company are currently looking to expanding their marketing team are seeking an experienced CRM Manager.

The CRM Manager position will be responsible for:

  • Managing and executing all CRM campaigns and promotions ensuring they are consistent, relevant and aligned with all areas of the business. 
  • Provide in depth analysis and optimization techniques in order to measure all promotional ROI across each campaign. 
  • Working closely to the marketing team to understand player behavior, excellent campaign execution and timing.  Makes recommendations for campaigns based upon assessment. 
  • Analyzing and evaluating all activity to ensure continuous improvement and identifying future opportunities for growth. 

Skills/ Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in a CRM position within the iGaming industry, focused on player/customer loyalty around retention, optimization, reactivation, bonuses etc.
  • Must have the ability to drive results and be proactive when working on tasks
  • High attention to detail and analytical/numbers driven
  • Experience with CRM tools is a must
