Job description:

The CRM Manager will be responsible for setting and executing the CRM strategy - focusing on acquisition, retention and conversion through a variety of media for existing players. The CRM Manager will be a part of the marketing team and will report to COO/CMO

This is a full time, permanent position to be based in Stockholm.

Key tasks:

  • Overall responsibility of planning and executing CRM strategy for the company.
  • Review and prioritize daily tasks with Optimove (the crm system) and other tools.
  • Plan, manage and analyze promotions and activities in various channels, to continuous improvement.

This included but not limited to site-wide promotions, email plus sms marketing and extent media buying.

  • Follow up and analyze on customer retention campaigns to increase effect.
  • Coordinate improvement of existing email templates and creation of new ones when needed (graphics, content, translation) together with rest of the team.
  • Continuous reporting and KPIs tracking.
  • Create and executing campaigns

Qualifications:

  • The role is based in Stockholm
  • 2-5 years of experience from working with iGaming and Marketing.
  • Good analytical capabilities.
  • Highly organized and dynamic.
  • Creative, identifying opportunities and have a genuine interest in the iGaming market.
  • Fluent in English and have excellent writing skills.
  • Basic excel skills.
  • Ability to create and executing campaigns following Brand guidelines.
