A global I-Gaming operator is looking for a technical CRM expert with broad knowledge of CRM platforms. You will be responsible for creating and owning the overall strategy to grow the value of their customer database.
You will optimise and create customer journeys, build email and mobile campaigns and create the voice of all marketing campaigns. Audience segmentation and personalisation will be paramount and you will own the CRM campaign from start to finish.
This is a leadership role so team management experience is a must as is experience in identifying testing and optimising all digital retention channels.
