Our client a leading player in the UK I-Gaming market is looking for a CRM Executive to work within the wider marketing team. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the CRM programme. The key focus of the role is to increase loyalty, life-time value, cross-sell and reactivation whilst reducing churn.
You will support the CRM manager in all aspects of the CRM strategy and have responsibility for the set up and reporting of customer incentives and campaigns.
