A global I-Gaming operator is looking for CRM executives to join a growing team based in Central London. You will come from a strong technical background where you understand datafeed, API and how tool are connected to improve CRM systems. Your role is to help build a CRM system from scratch across bingo and casino products globally.
You will also be looking at data and managing customer lifecycle as well as creating content that helps to retain clients using individual methods based on clients needs. If you are proactive, creative and curious this is the role for you. You must understand the technical side of CRM systems and know HTML.
