An award winning, cutting edge and innovative online casino brand, is looking to hire a content and customer communication manager to manage its content platforms and Customer Relationship Management delivery program.
Do you have a keen interest in casino products and customers and are capable of managing and owning a successful CRM delivery program across the online casino vertical focusing on the UK market.
Reporting to the Head of Operations you will be tasked with managing customers’ life cycle programs writing content across the casino platform and blog. The creation of all customer communications involving onsite promotions, email, sms, push and system notifications.
This is a disruptive casino brand who are growing really quickly so you must thrive in a fast paced environment and be prepared to go the extra mile. A passion for gaming and casino is particular is a must.
