A leading iGaming company in Darwin, Australia are looking for an experienced compliance professional to join the team.
Working very independently this person will form the strategy and structure of the customer service set up in Australia. Working with senior management they will implement the customer service strategy. Working with other offices this person will ensure a smooth customer journey process for Australian customer, including verification. They will be required to monitor deposit, withdrawal and promotions behaviour to avoid fraud and abuse. They will also be in charge of verifying customer documents. From a compliance stand point, this person will be working in areas such as AML and dealing with the gambling licence and legislation. They will also need to be aware of regulatory developments in the gambling and recognise areas of the business that need improvement.
This person will need to have had experience in an iGaming or gambling company in a compliance and customer service. They will need to have experience in verifications and fraud investigations including AML.
