Outstanding opportunity to lead a new Lottery business.

You will likely be someone who holds a Head of CRM or Director of CRM title with aspirations to move in to a CCO position.

You will drive the numbers and take responsibility of the revenue

Requirements

  • Extremely hard working, willing to do a 3-year sprint and be rewarded accordingly with share options
  • iGaming industry leader and credible ‘C’ level professional
  • Proven track record leading, growing and managing high performing teams
  • Number centric and vast experience in delivering strong revenue growth
  • Collaborative and inclusive approach
  • Clear and concise communicator
  • Operational leadership with ability to lead from the front and passionate about people
  • Vast understanding of the customers and both acquisition and retention channels

Responsibilities

  • Framework for commercial and marketing strategies to support the company’s overall strategies and objectives.
  • Customer lifecycle management, and implementation of an experience strategy that contributes to a well-differentiated brand proposition and enhances their position in its markets.
  • Drive revenue growth and P & L responsibility
  • Proven experince of managing large scale marketing budgets - Initial Marketing budget of €5M

This is a new venture that is already profitable, but a start-up mentality would be required to work collaboratively with the Product Director, Development team, Head of Operations, support team and compliance.

Licensed in Malta, UK, Curacao and application in process for Denmark.
