The Campaign Coordinator, as part of our client´s campaign management team, will contribute towards achieving revenue targets through player conversion, retention and reactivation with regular direct marketing campaigns for sportsbook and casinos.
The candidate should have qualifications in marketing or business with ideally two years’ experience working in the igaming industry, although this is not essential, providing that they can demonstrate a keen understanding of online sportsbook and casinos.
The ideal candidate should have the right balance of creative, organisational and analytical skills to come up with great ideas that become successful campaigns, regularly evaluating how they can be improved. They should also ideally have a personal interest in sport, betting on sports and playing casino games.
Strong command written/spoken of English (German and/or Swedish language is a plus).
2+ years experience in a similar role within iGaming.

Understand sportsbook and casino players
Communicate with local and remote teams
Manage time and meet deadlines
Recognise opportunities to increase revenues
Be proficient in using Microsoft Office products
Creating and proposing new ideas within the campaign management team
Identifying opportunities for topical campaigns
Monitoring competitors’ promotions and recognising the best ones
Planning a calendar for event-driven campaigns
Coordinating each stage of the campaign lifecycle with its stakeholders
Evaluating and reporting the effectiveness of campaigns
