A strong and established gaming brand in the Sports betting market is looking for a professional to continue the aggressive growth achieved in the last few years, take business performance to the next level.

The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the affiliate program with a view to increaseconversion and profitability, researching for and acquiring new traffic channels to increase the market share.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and pro-actively managing a portfolio of client affiliate channels
  • Identifying new client opportunities
  • Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular contact which will include telephone and email communication
  • Proactively managing an online marketing budget
  • Communicating with affiliates on a regular basis via e-mail, phone, newsletters, and forums and maximizing their profitability.
  • Recruiting new affiliates, negotiating bespoke commercial deals where necessary.
  • Briefing, managing, and analyzing affiliate creative in order to optimize conversion rates.
  • Assessing new affiliate applications
  • Carrying out regular market research and competitive analysis
  • Working together with the Affiliate team to originate and execute innovative affiliate strategies and promotions.
  • Assisting the Head of Affiliates with day-to-day tasks 

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal English and Chinese language communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills
  • Innovation and ability to think "outside the box"
  • Excellent sales ability
  • Strong decision making ability
  • 2 + years of proven experience – preferably in the gaming industry
  • Confident written and verbal interpersonal skills
