Based in London and reporting to Head of Accounts you will be responsible for delivering on agreed SLA’s and KPI’s with approximately a dozen major retail accounts. These accounts are geographically spread throughout the world, most of them being based in Europe. Your focus will be around account growth (up-selling) and retention. You will be required to work closely with both external and internal stakeholders.
To be considered for the role you will ideally have solid account management experience, gained within the on-line gaming sector. However, candidates without account management experience, but with VIP Management, Product Management or Senior Customer Service Experience will also be considered. Most importantly, you must have the ability to juggle multiple projects and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
