Account Manager (iGaming)

Exciting opportunity to join a leading organisation that specialises in online gambling platform solutions and robust transaction management with focus on big data and operational scalability.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Setting up and maintaining first class relationships with all Customers
  • Acting as a point of contact between the customer and different stakeholders within the business
  • Providing support for all customers during the on boarding phases of the platform
  • To ensure that customers are aware of the product and its potential as well as new features
  • Understanding customer needs to be able to modify and improve products and continuously improve the service offered to the customer
  • Forecast different growth areas for the customer and inform the business to adapt technical requirements and budgets accordingly
  • To fulfil KPI’s assigned by ensuring the quality of service to the customer as well as providing all necessary reports
  • Keeping up to date with the current market and recent requirements to ensure the service offered is competitive and innovative
  • Discussing and negotiating new products and services
  • Active communication with the compliance department to ensure customers are informed about new developments
  • Providing an overall assistance to customer regarding high level issues and necessary escalations

Your Skills:

  • Solution oriented thinking – prioritising customer satisfaction and result
  • At least 3 years of experience as a B2B Account Manager
  • Knowledge and understanding of IGaming products and platforms
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively as well as ability to listen
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Extremely organized and self-motivated
