This company is a market leading Gaming software supplier, which has achieved significant growth in new geographical markets. It is a large company, focusing predominately on the online markets. It employs over 500 staff and has offices dotted around the globe. It is currently in growth phase and plans to grow both organically and through mergers and acquisitions. It is considered the world leader in its field, producing best in breed products for the gaming sector. The company has won numerous awards in the last 3 years.
Based in London and reporting to a Senior Account Manager your focus will be to retain accounts and maximize revenues from the existing customer base, through promoting additional products. You will also assist with games going live and other products going online. The role is customer facing, and candidates will be required to travel within the UK as well as overseas, typically Malta and Gibraltar. You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, internally this includes the marketing team, customer services and other colleagues in the commercial team. Externally, you will work in partnership with other companies in the gaming sector and smaller accounts.
Candidates do not necessarily need experience within the gaming sector. But experience in the sector would obviously be an advantage. Candidates must have some business to business, face to face sales/account management experience. And be able to demonstrate that they have effectively managed clients expectations in the past. Ideally, tertiary educated, candidates will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
