Contingency is a recruitment service where Pentasia invest time and resources to identify and qualify a short-list of the most suitable candidates from a database of pre-registered applicants. All candidates are fully qualified and briefed against the clients’ specific vacancy criteria in terms of skills, depth of experience, location, availability, salary, character etc. Our fee only becomes applicable once the candidate has started in the client’s employment

Combined with our ‘state of the art’ website this presence enables us to attract and target candidates with specific niche skills on a truly international basis.

In Summary

  1. When entering a business relationship with an organisation Pentasia look to gain a thorough understanding of the company, the vacancy specification, timescales, and selection process. This is ideally conducted at a site meeting with the client.
  2. All potential candidates will be contacted and their suitability assessed prior to submission. In the majority of cases this will be by ‘face to face’ interview, although time constraints and distance may, on occasion, necessitate an interview by telephone. No CV’s will be forwarded without the express permission of the applicant. All candidates submitted will have shown a keen interest in your opportunity.
  3. All submitted candidates will be continually updated on the status of their application.
  4. All interviews will be arranged and confirmed with the candidates. Unsuccessful candidates will be advised and whenever possible, told the reason for their rejection.
  5. Prior to interview candidates will receive a final company and vacancy briefing.
  6. Following an interview, all candidates are fully debriefed to assess their interest in the position, and then advised on the next stage.
  7. Successful candidates will be counselled to ensure they accept the post if offered. Regular contact will be maintained to settle them into the new position.
