For the purposes of the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 Pentasia operates as an agency in relation to permanent and fixed term placements direct with the hirer, and operates as an employment business in relation to temporary placements via Pentasia.

Information that Pentasia collects from you

When you register on this Website you will be asked to provide certain information about yourself including your name, address, contact details, nationality, training, experience, qualifications, assessment information, any authorisation to undertake particular work, job and/or assignment preferences, any related requirements and aggregate data (such as demographic and geographic trends) derived from processing information collected that may facilitate service improvements.

Pentasia does not, as a matter of course, collect sensitive personal data (e.g. details of your health, religion or other beliefs, trade union membership, political beliefs, sexual orientation or criminal offences) unless you provide this information to us.

Disclosure of your information

In the course of supplying the services you have requested, Pentasia may disclose your details to hirers, other potential employers or engagers, other recruitment companies or intermediaries involved in managing the supply of personnel to hirers, and/or to other companies in the same group as Pentasia.

If Pentasia enters into a joint venture with, is sold to or merged with another business entity, your information may be disclosed to Pentasia's new, or potential, business partners or owners. By providing Pentasia with your information, you consent to Pentasia disclosing your information to its new, or potential, business partners or owners if one of these situations arises.

Pentasia may disclose or transfer your information to countries outside the European Economic Area ('EEA') if, for example, you wish to be considered for a vacancy outside the EEA. By submitting an application for a position or assignment outside the EEA or by indicating that you would like hirers outside the EEA to view your details, you consent to Pentasia disclosing your information to that hirer, or those hirers, outside the EEA.
