Pentasia's UK Headquarters have been based in Redhill, Surrey since 2001 although they have occupied their present Betchworth House premises since May 2006. The offices are within ½ an hour of London's West End and financial districts and their position directly on the main line between the city and London Gatwick Airport puts them in an ideal position for travel and holding meetings either on site or at a remote location.
The offices house around 25 staff members of which around 80% are commercial focussed with the remaining acting as management and support staff for the group. Pentasia UK HQ houses the Heads of the company's Affiliate Marketing, Payments and Leadership Search Divisions and their teams as well as a number of iGaming and IT consultants. It also serves as a remote base for Pentasia Nordics when occasion dictates.
Pentasia UK HQ possesses excellent face to face/video conferencing and meeting facilities and is happy to extend their use to our clients as part of our extended offering.

Bruce Gamble
Director, Leadership Division
Bruce has worked in the staffing industry since 1991. During this time he managed international board-level search assignments, recruitment campaigns, and interim resourcing projects. Clients range from venture capital funded start-ups to internationally listed house-hold brands. Some companies remain as clients nearly a decade later.
Today, Bruce heads Pentasia’s leadership division which provides executive and board level staffing in the form of interim management resourcing and structured search assignments. Functional areas include technology, payment processing, operations, finance, and marketing within the global gaming business.

Rob Dowling
Chief Executive Officer
Rob has over 10 years experience in international recruitment within New Media, IT and iGaming. Having spent his early career with foreign exchange brokers ICAP, Rob moved into recruitment in early 1998 and with the market leading IT Recruiters Computer People.
He was headhunted into the position of Head of Technical New Media at Mortimer Charles Recruitment in 2000 before moving on to a Director position at LBHR International in 2001. At the end of 2001, Rob formed Pentasia as a Director with business partner Bruce Gamble.
In his present position of CEO for the Pentasia Group of companies, Rob is responsible for the strategic commercial direction of the company and its overall operational structure worldwide.

Nigel Blythe-Tinker
Executive Chairman
Nigel Blythe-Tinker Ll.B., FCIS is a lawyer and chartered company secretary by training. He has extensive experience both in the UK and internationally of the recruitment and gaming sectors having held senior executive and non executive positions in FTSE 100 and AIM listed companies.
His City experience spans over 30 years having specialised in main and AIM list flotations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance/restructuring and corporate governance. He is currently a Non Executive Director of Gaming VC SA (having previously been Chairman) and a Non Executive Director of Interactive World Plc
Julia Ferrari
Group Operations Director
Julia Ferrari joined Pentasia in October 2004, having held HR positions with Ericsson, Coca Cola and Virgin Atlantic beforehand. After three years leading a team of recruiters responsible for some of Pentasia's largest corporate accounts, Julia moved into an operations focused role before taking the position of Group Operations Director in April 2008.
A Graduate in Business Studies, Julia is now responsible for managing all strategic and tactical aspects of the Pentasia Group and ensuring that it possesses a robust and adaptable internal structure and resources designed to support rapid expansion.

Matt Vines
Group Commercial Director
Matt joined Pentasia in 2005 after three years in recruitment previously, where he focused on the new media, entertainment and on-line gaming sectors. After 4 years as one of the group’s key consultants, Matt moved into his present position of Group Commercial Director.

Jonathan Pettemerides
Managing Director, Asia Pacific
Jonathan Pettemerides has been with Pentasia since 2006, initially working in the UK Head Office as a Consultant he progressed to lead recruitment teams in the UK and Singapore.
Promoted to Managing Director of Pentasia Asia Pacific at the start of 2010 following eighteen months in Asia; Jonathan is now responsible for leading Pentasia’s commercial activity and operations in the region.

Ulrika Dykstra

Ulrika joined Pentasia's International operation in June 2006 to further develop the expanding Scandinavian recruitment market. Ulrika started her career in the iGaming software market working for Boss Media AB in Sweden for six years, where she was responsible for sales, account management, and investor relations. Ulrika then moved to the recruitment industry where she spent a year at Ranstad Recruitment & Selection Consultants where she set up and managed reporting structures, financial operations, and HR. Christopher Vella

As the first member of the company's Malta team, Christopher joined Pentasia in January 2006 after spending four years within the locally based, Maltese recruitment sector. Just under two years later, after successfully establishing a team of Maltese based recruiters and building upon the company's client base in the area, Christopher moved into the position of Regional Director - Mediterranean in November 2007.
Christopher is now has now taken on the role of Managing Director for Pentasia. In this capacity, he is tasked with managing all strategic and tactical operational aspects of for the Group and to ensure it possesses a robust and adaptable internal structure and resources designed to support this rapidly expanding business.

Lina Loo

Lina joined Pentasia in May 2007 after more than 8 years of experience in the gaming industry, having held positions with renowned Sportsbooks such as Victor Chandler International and Sportingbet. Raquel Montoya

Raquel oversees Pentasia's Latin American and US recruitment operations and is responsible for the development of commercial relationships and the provision of high-class account management with each of the regions' client companies. Lucy Buxton

Lucy joined Pentasia to manage the ever expanding client and candidate database systems and the company's extensive range of on-line channels for job advertising vacancies. Before joining Pentasia, Lucy spent four years employed as a Deputy Manager for one of Ladbrokes' busiest High Street branches. Collette Mangion

Collette joined Pentasia in September 2008 as Group Operations & Marketing Executive for the Maltese regional office. Collette brings along creative online and offline marketing experience together with events management from her previous work experience where she was responsible for the organization of a number of conferences in Italy, Brussels & UK.
Collette is highly involved in the daily operations and marketing including regular updating of existing websites, production of graphic art, marketing visuals and advertising media, and the organization of various company events.

Karl joined Pentasia in November 2009 as Group Accountant, taking on the responsibility for managing the Pentasia Group finance function. Adriana Galdies
Human Resources Executive
Based in the Malta office, Adriana joined the team at Pentasia in February 2011 as HR Executive.
Adriana studied Hotel Management at the Malta Institute for Tourism Studies. Her course included a one year work experience with the Radisson Hotel in Brussels. In 2006 she was awarded a Diploma in Human Resources Management from the University of Cambridge, having passed with distinction. She worked for 7 years as HR Manager in the hotel industry.
She is fluent in Maltese, English and Italian and has a working knowledge of French.

Cristina Garcia
Principal Consultant, Spain
Cristina joined Pentasia in February 2011, having spent the last 5 years with a Spanish Executive Search Company specializing in middle-top Management positions in a wide range of industries, within a global market. As Manager, she was responsible for managing a team and for the drafting of business proposals and recommendations, to the oversight of project implementation, results monitoring and development of customer loyalty.
Cristina holds a Post-Graduate degree in Business Administration and a Degree in Psychology. She is used to working in multicultural environments, speaking fluently Spanish, Catalan and English. Cristina working from the London office is mainly focusing on developing the Spanish speaking market.

Ellie Doyle
Regional Manager, Ireland
Ellie joined Pentasia in April 2011 having spent over 7 years as a successful online and eCommerce sector recruiter working for award winning agencies based in both London and Dublin.
A Marketing graduate of the University of Salford, Ellie also holds a post graduate diploma in Digital Marketing and has an extensive network of online and gaming professional contacts both in Ireland and abroad. Her team works with clients from across Ireland, the Isle of Man and north-west England and successfully places candidates in both locally-placed roles and those requiring relocation.

Lois Bright
Senior Consultant
Having graduated with an Honours Degree from the University of Warwick, Lois' recruitment career spans over 7 years, predominantly within the Financial, Real Estate & Construction industries. She has travelled extensively and has held positions in the UK, mainland Europe and most recently, South Africa.
In her role as a Senior Consultant at Pentasia, Lois manages several key iGaming sector accounts and plays a leading role within the company’s search function. She is able to draw upon her research skills, global knowledge and cross-market expertise to build and strengthen existing relationships and to identify and develop new business across the group.

Patricia Yanez

Patricia joined Pentasia in May 2010. She graduated from Buckingham University and holds a Masters degree in International Business Management. She worked as a marketing lecturer in Mexico and speaks fluent English, Spanish and French. Silvana Borg Barthet

Silvana joined Pentasia's International operation in 2007 as a Junior Consultant, after having been successful, she then moved to be a Senior Consultant based in Ireland where she is mainly responsible for qualifying candidates and manage a wide portfolio of clients for Pentasia's growing client base across Ireland, the Isle of Man and north-west England.

Mylene Mifsud La Ferla

Mylene is one of the newest addition to the Pentasia Mediterranean team in Malta and her role is that of a Researcher within the Technical Division. Mylene focuses mainly on specialized positions within the international IT market, and she is responsible for sourcing the strongest candidates to the vast database of international clients within the sector.
Mylene comes from a 2 year background of website business development and website project start ups for the online market as well as having Managerial experience within the retail Industry.

Rachael McDonagh

Rachael joined Pentasia in July 2011 after graduating from Southampton University with an upper second class (2:1) degree in Psychology. Amanda spent her last 10 years working in the real estate market, having started her career as a consultant and was eventually promoted to Managing Director.
Throughout her career, Amanda owned and managed her own retail outlets where she gained further experience in business management.

Mark co-founded Judd Farris in 1998 and built it to become the largest privately owned property recruitment specialist in the world. He sold the company in July 2007 to MPS Group – a NYSE listed 250 company.
