This document has been created to provide a clear outline of the minimum commitments and responsibilities you can expect from us and what we in turn require of you to maximise our chances of success.

  • Your details are confidential and will never be disclosed to any third party without your express and specific permission.
  • You will be briefed extensively before we make any application or arrange any interview on your behalf.
  • You will receive honest, detailed and constructive feedback from our consultants at every stage of the recruitment process.
  • We will always be readily available to give advice on the various stages of your application and how to approach them.
  • You will receive regular updates from us on the status and progress of any recruitment process you enter into.
  • We will endeavour to do everything we can to represent your interests fairly and professionally at every stage of the recruitment and negotiation process.
  • We will continue to keep in contact with you once an offer to enter employment has been agreed and will be on hand to help with anything you may need.

  • Should you have any problems or issues regarding our service, you have ready access to our complaints procedure. Contact any one of our offices and we will do all we can to resolve your concerns.

In return, we ask the following of you:

  • You provide us with current, honest and accurate information when making any application.
  • You are open about any applications with other parties that you may have and you keep us up to date with any developments.
  • Your feedback on any opportunity we introduce you to or any interview you attend is always timely and candid.
  • As a Pentasia candidate, you represent yourself in a professional manner when dealing with any of our clients.
  • You prepare yourself fully when entering the recruitment process and attending any ensuing interviews.
  • You respond promptly to any communications you receive from us.
  • You are truthful and reasonable in all your dealings with Pentasia.
