Raquel is a Consultant within Pentasia's Latin America and Canada recruitment operation and is responsible for the development of commercial relationships and the provision of high-class account management for the region's client companies. By gaining a thorough understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements she is able to consistently identify and source exceptional candidates that surpass her client's expectations.

A native Spanish speaker, Raquel speaks English fluently, holds a master's degree in Clinical Psychology and was employed as a Human Resource Specialist for a multinational company before joining Pentasia.
