Lina joined Pentasia in May 2007 after more than 8 years of experience in the gaming industry, having held positions with renowned Sportsbooks such as Victor Chandler International and Sportingbet. During her career, she progressed from Sportsbook operations to participate in Asian-facing projects such as the establishment of the first Oriental land based 'Sportsbar in-Casino' in Cambodia.

Lina has recently been involved in advisory roles with Asian Casino Management for both land based and online Casino products and services as well as co-founding a Singapore based 'boutique' style executive search firm. in her position as Regional Head, Asia Pasific Lina is able to combine her gaming experiences with her accumulated talent management and training skills.
