Group Operations Director

Julia Ferrari joined Pentasia in October 2004, having held HR positions with Ericsson, Coca Cola and Virgin Atlantic beforehand. After three years leading a team of recruiters responsible for some of Pentasia's largest corporate accounts, Julia moved into an operations focused role before taking the position of Group Operations Director in April 2008.

A Graduate in Business Studies, Julia is now responsible for managing all strategic and tactical aspects of the Pentasia Group and ensuring that it possesses a robust and adaptable internal structure and resources designed to support rapid expansion.
