Cara joined Pentasia in January 2008 as a Senior Resourcer having previously spent 3 years resourcing within the IT Recruitment Sector. Cara's responsibilities include overseeing the qualification of new candidate registrations, working closely with the Affiliate Marketing Recruitment team to ensure that their recruitment projects are successfully completed and liaising with various Consultants on the provision of candidates for urgent and high volume client vacancies.
