HOW WE WORK

Pentasia operate as both recruitment and retained search & selection consultants to companies of all sizes from start-ups to listed PLC’s. Our ethos is to be consultative in approach by offering advice and guidance from the formulation of job descriptions to the most effective resourcing strategies. We believe that meeting clients and candidates is essential in this industry to building long term, mutually beneficial partnerships.

  • When entering a business relationship Pentasia look to gain a thorough understanding of the company, the vacancy specification, timescales, and selection process. This is ideally conducted in a site meeting.
  • All potential candidates will be contacted and their suitability assessed prior to submission. In the majority of cases this will be by ‘face to face’ interview, although time constraints and distance may, on occasion, necessitate an interview by telephone. No CV’s will be forwarded without the express permission of the applicant. All candidates submitted will have shown a keen interest in your opportunity.
  • All submitted candidates will be continually updated on the status of their application
  • All interviews will be arranged and confirmed with the candidates. Unsuccessful candidates will be advised and whenever possible, told the reason of their rejection
  • Candidates receive a final company and vacancy briefing
  • Following an interview, all candidates are fully debriefed to assess their interest in the position, and advised on the next stage
  • Successful candidates will counselled to ensure they accept the post if offered. Regular contact will be maintained to settle them into the new position.
